Tell us about yourself
I am a senior leader with a strong international focus and experience in a business-to-business environment. I have 25+ years of experience in Maritime & Port logistics, Energy (Oil & Gas), Chemicals and Bio-Fuels markets. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in negotiating and developing complex deals and partnerships, in an international environment, dealing with many different cultures. I am a resilient and open negotiator. My firm belief is that everyone involved should be able to capture value from the deal. After having worked for large multinational companies over the last 26 years, I am now focused on working with young innovative companies, helping them to seek capital and accelerate growth, capitalizing on my experience and network.

Why are you passionate about entrepreneurship?
The energy and passion that founders have to develop their business gives me great joy.
What was the most defining moment in your career, and what did you learn from it?
Working abroad in Scandinavia, away from the safe-haven, felt like running my own business. Ownership and fulfillment go hand in hand!
