On the 25th of September, our cofounders, Masters and customers attended the annual conference of our partner NLgroeit at the AFAS theater in Zeist, the Netherlands. NLGroeit is an organisation with a focus on supporting founders in SMEs. More than 600 entrepreneurs visited the inspirational day with the theme ‘Time to Change’. In combination with several plenary sessions, participants could join a variety of workshops given by inspiring entrepreneurs like Wendy van Ierschot van VIE People, Kees de Jong, founder of NLgroeit and Victor Knapp, Co-Founder of Media.Monks.
Our co-founders Dieuwke Hoogland and Duke Urbanik were table moderators for the exclusive roundtable sessions for scaling entrepreneurs who managed to enter the list of Top 250 fastest growing companies. Theme of the session was ‘Sustaining High Growth‘ . At the round tables, founders shared exciting experiences such as making a (social) impact, growth by taking over others, putting one’s ego aside to enable team growth and ‘scaling from 0 – 2,5 billon is always possible; we ourselves are the only restriction.’ Again a great example of founders who love to find inspiration by connecting with companion founders.
The day ended with the announcement of the Top 250 fastest growing companies and the winners in the categories of de Jonge Groeier, de Vrouwelijke Groeier, de Impact Groeier en de Gouden Groeier. This is the link for a recap of the day and some videos.
