Tell us about yourself
I have 15+ years of experience in founding and scaling companies, in B2B (software & robotics) as well as B2C (fashion, online groceries). There I focused heavily on new projects, marketing, product, and sales in CEO/Founder & CMO roles.
Now, I support scale-ups and SMEs (>3M EUR in revenue or funding) in their growth. I work in a variety of sectors and do hands-on assignments (CxO) as well as advisory work.
Why did you want to join Masters of Scale?
I wanted to join a network of former entrepreneurs, work with founders of purpose driven ventures, and get inspiration.
Why are you passionate about entrepreneurship?
I like to create. I like to venture into unknown territories instead of doing the same thing twice. Entrepreneurship is ideal for that.
What is your expertise and what are you known for?
I am a creator/entrepreneur that has as strengths leaning towards the commercial proposition and growth strategy. I am known for quickly getting to the heart of analytical problems in un-ventured territories while at the same time attaining a deep understanding of the customers. Those two things combined help me and all those involved find the big idea that can make a business model fly. And my knack for translating it into execution in the organisation makes sure that it does not just remain an idea.
