Richard is an ex-Amazon and Google leader with 20 years of experience in tech, product, business, and management, now working as an independent OKRs and Executive Coach with executive teams of high-growth technology-powered companies. Brought up in Australia with a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Adelaide, he lived in London for a decade and is now based in Luxembourg with his wife, mother-in-law, three kids, and no pets (yet).
Richard specializes in leadership and management at growing scale – from 10 to 1000 people – in particular, the use of OKRs and related management methods.
His experience is broad and he can add value to a variety of companies:
- Operating experience in functions from R&D to Product, Operations, Marketing and Sales, as well as at Executive level.
- Business models including B2B and B2C, two and three-sided marketplaces, partnership ecosystems, ad-supported content, and more.
- Industries including Retail, Media, SaaS, Enterprise Software, FinTech and InsureTech, Investment Banking and Capital Markets, Telecommunications, Logistics, Airlines and Tourism, Manufacturing, Oil Services, Consulting, and more.
