Our co-founder Dieuwke Hoogland shared her experience and perspective on the power of multidisciplinary teams during the first edition of YOUNITE at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Organised by YES!Delft and Erasmus Enterprise, the event brought together tech, entrepreneurship, social sciences, and society to inspire and be inspired on how multidisciplinary approaches are tackling current and future societal challenges.
The need for more diversity in entrepreneurship (and in business in general) is why Dieuwke founded Female Ventures in 2016. Female Ventures is a non-profit organization that supports more than 700 women in business in their personal and career development.
Joost Dieben from Venturi Aviation, a Masters of Scale customer, was also a speaker and shared what they are trying to achieve by building the world’s first electric commuter airplane. A story that inspired everyone and that we are thrilled to be a part of!
