He was involved in several investments, IPOs, trade sales, and fund investments, e.g., RTT AG (acquired by Dassault Systèms) and blau.de (acquired by KPN).

In 2011, Marc co-founded Zapitano, a social TV platform. Besides that, Marc acted as Venture Partner for Finlab AG and Heliad Equity Partners and was a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen and TU Berlin.

In 2014, Marc founded Business Buddies GmbH, which supports young founders in their set-up, strategy development and financing. He is also vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board at SleepZ AG and runs the Berlin Alumni chapter of the University of St. Gallen.

Marc studied economics at the University of St. Gallen and completed a doctorate in Sustainable Development at the University of Oldenbourg and the ETH Zurich.
