Fundraising Masterclass

Fundraising in Challenging Times: The Big Picture

During this masterclass with a small group of participants, we will focus on the considerations and approaches on how to determine your best fundraising strategy and the challenges of fundraising in the currently unfavorable economic times. We will discuss the various options you have for fundraising (e.g. financial vs. strategic investors, alternatives to VCs) and as well as what makes a larger round more complex than smaller rounds. You will also be able to share and spar on your own fundraising challenges with our Masters and the other participants. And because we want to make this masterclass as practical as possible, you will have the option to share your pitchdeck with us beforehand to receive personalized feedback during the session.

Learning outcomes:

  • To understand the current landscape and options for determining your fundraising strategy
  • To understand the key success factors for raising a larger funding round
  • To understand your company’s challenges for achieving a successful fundraise
