Tamas brings a diverse background to the table. He has operated various businesses in the hospitality industry, toured as a musician, worked at a diplomatic entity, and earned an MSc degree in Persuasive Communication from the University of Amsterdam.

For the past decade, Tamas has been deeply involved in the international startup and scale-up ecosystem. Most recently, he led the global expansion of the successful Dutch scale-up TicketSwap, establishing international offices in regions including DACH, CEE, France, Italy, the Nordics, Australia, and LATAM. He played a key role in transforming the company from a local startup into a successful international scale-up.

Currently, Tamas assists companies with their international expansion efforts, focusing on commercial strategy, international sales coaching, and recruitment. He also recently earned a diploma in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Harvard Law School.
