As CCO/COO, Omer oversaw TicketSwap’s revenue increasing by 150% in one year, expanding into new geographies, achieving a 650% growth in France, and implementing various growth-enabling commercial structures.

Having experienced growing companies from inception to seed, from seed to Series A, and onwards to growth stages, Omer brings strategy and structure to what is often a vague, confusing, and messy process. While focused on the companies’ growth, Omer also gained ample experience in fundraising.

Boosting and supporting scale means streamlining and often rethinking systems, structures, and methodologies… but without a high-functioning team, all those efforts don’t amount to much: an avid volleyball player, Omer often views and addresses performance in the context of the team’s dynamics. Startup success is a team sport.
