Marie-Laure Hauters

CxO, Master

With over 15y working experience, Marie-Laure is a seasoned professional passionate about strategy, M&A, business development, and business sustainability, and an award-winning entrepreneur.

After having started her career at a strategy consulting firm, she worked at blue chip companies such as Danone and Philips thanks to which she got the opportunity to work on highly strategic projects across the globe (USA, China, LatAm & EMEA).

Pursuing her strong desire to become an entrepreneur, she then founded and managed two successful businesses: one in the health & wellness sector, Yoganida, and a boutique consulting firm, MLH Consulting, leveraging her expertise in health & nutrition, FMCG, healthcare, tech, fashion, and sports. Today, Marie-Laure offers her services as freelancer or interim manager to companies from those industries in need of extra support/resources to tackle their strategic challenges (both design & implementation), whether they’re start-ups, large MNCs, or anything in between.

Marie-Laure holds a BSc and MSc in Business Engineering from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. Over the last few years, she also completed several executive education courses at the MIT and the University of Cambridge, which enhanced her ability not only to innovate and solve problems creatively, but also to help businesses become more people-, planet-, and profit-proof.
