Estelle’s passion for Scale-ups can be traced back as far back as her first HR role working for a London based energy company. With now more than 20 years experience in Global HR, Estelle has since spent most of her career working in the FinTech, IT and Banking industries and has a philosophy aimed at challenging the status quo. Her goal has always been to build diverse environments where people-first cultures can thrive and flourish. Through her love for mentoring and creative leadership style, Estelle has transformed small teams into world class, high performing Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams.

Some of her most recent experience included leading the HR workstream in the due diligence and M&A integration of the Blackstone acquisition of a Cloud Consultancy where people and culture were one of the key value drivers. Understanding the importance of promoting women in business and, more importantly, technology, Estelle was integral to establishing a strong female workforce and women’s community throughout her career.

Estelle’s experience is rooted in stand-alone strategic People Development and Talent Acquisition roles, with a strong focus on training, career development, remote working and mentoring.
