Dominique earned a PhD in Chemistry / Material Science from the University of Wisconsin after a Master in Bio-engineering from the Université Catholique de Louvain in his native Belgium. He later joined the R&D Center of Glaverbel/AGC, a major glass maker. Through his career, he occupied multiple senior leadership positions in Europe and the US.

In parallel, his scope expanded to include technical, managerial, leadership and strategic aspects. Dominique and his team solved major technical issues that lead to the development and manufacturing of innovative glass products.

Dominique currently supports several high caliber startups and spinoffs from diverse scope and origin with his background in Automotive, Building and Renewable Energy.
