Despite not being a tech expert, Dieuwke excels in male-dominated and tech-driven environments, contributing to the stable foundations of start- and scale-ups. Her expertise spans M&A, governance, legal, finance, procurement, processes, business development, and international scaling.

Dedicated to diversity, Dieuwke founded Female Ventures in early 2016, a network in the Netherlands supporting ambitious women in business. She is committed to supporting and accelerating the success of female founders and professionals.

Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, Dieuwke serves as a non-executive board member, mentor, and coach for founders. Currently open to another non-executive board role, Dieuwke completed her governance education in 2023 and currently is a certified supervisor/toezichthouder. She is also actively working towards more diversity and inclusion in the boardroom, thus reflecting more our today’s society.
