Tell us about yourself
I bring a diverse background to the table. I have operated various businesses in the hospitality industry, toured as a musician, worked at a diplomatic entity, and earned an MSc degree in Persuasive Communication from the University of Amsterdam. For the past decade, I have been deeply involved in the international startup and scale-up ecosystem.

Most recently, I led the global expansion of the successful Dutch scale-up TicketSwap, establishing international offices in regions including DACH, CEE, France, Italy, the Nordics, Australia, and LATAM. I played a key role in transforming the company from a local startup into a successful international scale-up.

Currently, I assist companies with their international expansion efforts, focusing on commercial strategy, international sales coaching, and recruitment. I also recently earned a diploma in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Harvard Law School.

Why are you passionate about entrepreneurship?
It’s creative, it’s exciting, in most cases impactful and in general a more free form of life that I enjoy. It comes with responsibilities but also high rewards.

What is your expertise and what are you known for?
I help founders bring their dreams to the next level. I spot weaknesses in the existing strategies, commercial offerings and operational frameworks, and don’t stop till it’s fixed and ready for further scaling. The best part for me personally is when a venture is ready for international expansion and I can play a part of it. I am passionate about helping already proven success cases from home markets succeed on the big international podium.

What was the most defining moment in your career, and what did you learn from it?
Opening an international office in Brazil for a successful Dutch scale-up called TicketSwap. I will never forget the thrill, the challenges, the failures, the learnings and all the people I got to know throughout the course of that project.

Why do you think customers should work with MoS?
This community is probably one of the best forms through which entrepreneurial experiences can be exchanged and shared. For the benefit of the individual founders, their ventures, and for the people whose lives benefit from those ventures.
